What is a Refundable Core Deposit?

A core is the old alternator or starter that you are replacing. A core deposit means that we require your old part back.

To encourage you to return your old part, we charge you a temporary deposit (Refundable Core Deposit). When we receive your old defective part back, we will promptly refund the deposit to your credit card you used to make the purchase. Core deposit refunds are automatic, they do not require follow-up phone calls, and they are refunded the same day we receive the core.
