Return Policy

Please fill out And submit the return form provided below prior to returning any products. Customers are required to obtain an email confirmation before returns can be authorized.

All custom ordered alternators: Powder Coated or Special Custom Ordered are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All Pure Power brand alternators that are new and uninstalled may be returned within 60 days of purchase, although they will incur a 10% restocking fee following a complete inspection. After the 60-day period from the purchase date, all orders become non-refundable. Additionally, if the alternator has been installed and used, it is also non-refundable.
